There is still an element of awkwardness to the Firewall settings however the security software offers a high level of security for cheap.

Whatever usage you have, if you are connected to the internet you need a security package and when you install and run your first scan you will realise why. The increasing amount of cyber-nasties will cause problems for your computer and potentially breach your privacy, these security programs protect you against most of the generic internet security problems you will face.
