You can lose weight. No matter how ‘big' you are, you can look good again. But you really have to do something about it, not just talk. You must diet and engage in lots of exercise.
Jogging is a great way to lose weight, but as an obese person, it is not something you just jump into. Considering that your body and muscles are not used to it, you have to carefully ease your way into it gradually. A short walk each morning is a nice way to begin; then you can gradually get to moving faster, then jogging.
There is substantial claim that acupuncture works to cure obesity. A lot of people from the orient assert that this has been in practice for ages. As far as I am concerned, I am yet to see one person that I know personally step forward to say that it happened to them.
You might gain a lot of weight due to circumstance, but if you do something about it, you can lose it all back... at least, most of it. The secret is exercise and proper eating habits. Exercise has got to be backed up with good fluid intake. This is one way that you get to stay healthy even as you lose weight. Coupled with the fluid, you must eat some good foods that replenish your energy and keep you healthy. Once you have mastered this, you are indeed ready to shed the pounds.
Some methods used in weight loss are crash dieting, drug supplements, surgery and exercise. By far the most effective is the surgery, because it is most times irreversible. But following closely behind it, and with a lot more integrity, is exercise, which requires and instills discipline in you that will guide you through life.
